- Manage the team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software, applications and tools.
- Building encrypted Automated IT solutions to speed up business performance and help employees mundane admin tasks.
- Managed the Re-branding of 1Office and created and managed the Global Multi-website (7 Websites in 1) daily.
- Managed the build of a full automated KYC (Know your customer) system that sends out all emails, has secure encrypted upload and then sends the information to a secure 3rd party software (Scoro)
- Developing software communication through API's
- Working with 3rd party Estonian Government corporations. (RIK - Registers and Information Systems, SpinTec) to build and develop the e-Residency Company Formation Portal.
- Develop the IT systems and processes of the company.
- Plan, execute and deliver product releases and get involved in product backlog and sprint planning.
- Plan the UAT for all business processes and software bugs.
- Document all the 1Office development projects so it is clear of the objective.
- Facilitate continuous process improvements
