About Smart MasterKey.

Smart MasterKey is a cloud-based mobile access control platform. It connects to the access control systems buildings already have, such as Inner Range, HID, ICT Protege and Uhlmann & Zacher, and turns phones into secure keys with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support. Customers and partners include G4S, Ülemiste City, LHV, Nortal, Elisa and Cramo, across 19 countries.

The work

What I did.

From first idea to launch, here is what went into the Smart MasterKey project.

  • Led the website as CPO & CMO, from positioning and structure to design and launch
  • Built the message around one idea: one platform for mobile access, with no new hardware
  • Created product pages for Mobile Access, Access Management, Analytics and White-label
  • Added pages for integrations, pricing, resellers, customer stories and the blog
  • Launched the site in 8 languages: English, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Spanish, German and French
  • Designed the security sections: SSO, SCIM, MFA, passkeys, GDPR and ISO 27001 principles
  • Connected Request a demo to HubSpot meeting booking and linked the iOS and Android apps
  • Produced the investor demo and product reel that shows the platform in 90 seconds
