About Inspect it.

Inspect it replaces paper forms, spreadsheets and scattered reporting tools with one connected platform. Teams plan inspections, capture photos, videos and voice notes on site, even offline, create tasks from every finding and share branded reports, with AI helping along the way. It serves 15 industries and starts with a 14-day free trial.

The work

What I did.

From first idea to launch, here is what went into the Inspect it project.

  • Led the website as CEO and co-founder, from positioning to launch
  • Built it in WordPress and Elementor, in 8 languages: English, Estonian, German, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish, Latvian and Polish
  • Created 15 industry pages, from construction and hospitality to yacht and marine
  • Told the product story in four steps: plan, inspect, act and report
  • Built pages for features, Inspect AI, the mobile app, pricing, FAQ and the blog
  • Designed the pricing page with a monthly or yearly toggle, plan cards and a feature comparison
  • Made the 14-day free trial and demo requests the main calls to action
  • Added security and GDPR sections so buyers see how their data is handled
  • Produced the product tour video that walks through the platform from inspection to report
