The company

About InspectIT.

InspectIT grew out of PropteOne, our earlier facility management platform. Most inspections end with a report nobody opens again. We built InspectIT so they end with things getting fixed.

Responsibilities

What I did.

Highlights from my time as CEO.

Setting the company vision, strategy and product direction
Growing InspectIT into 14 industries, including property, facilities, marinas, energy and utilities, fleet and commercial cleaning
Leading the build of native iOS and Android apps on Kotlin Multiplatform, with offline support, direct camera access and seamless sync
Shaping InspectIT AI around one idea: AI assists the inspector, it doesn't replace them. AI vision flags anomalies in photos, Walk & Snap turns spoken notes into findings, and reports are drafted in seconds, with a person always reviewing and approving

Turning findings into tasks on a board the team already understands, so every issue has an owner and a deadline
Running go-to-market, partnerships and customer onboarding
Building the brand, website, content and the new product tour video
