Built detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources and budget
Oversaw implementation so milestones were met and risks were mitigated

Acted as the main point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams, with regular status updates and meetings
Led a diverse team of developers, designers and analysts, with a culture of collaboration and problem-solving
Reported to senior management and clients, and kept project charters, plans and status reports in Confluence
