Joined the recovery team brought in to fix open issues in the internal SAP implementation
Worked as an SAP super user, testing end-to-end processes
Created and ran functional test scenarios for sales ordering, procurement, expenses, delivery and shipping across several SAP clients
Resolved major system issues, defined departmental authorisations and set standards for all finance forms
Corrected product materials in production and test clients and helped create upload files
Worked across the business and with the SAP consultancy behind the Fast Start implementation
Delivered hands-on training and documentation for employees and line managers
Created a data link between SAP and handheld mobile devices, and designed additional project processes

Managed all sales order processing (SOP) processes and functions day to day
Handled invoicing, billing and procurement for large multi-million project-based orders
