Mike is an experienced IT and product leader, currently serving as CPO, with a strong background in development delivery and senior project management. He has delivered solutions for organisations such as Eesti Energia, Modera, 1Office, Nissan Europe, and Jamiroquai.com
He has also worked closely with major organisations such as NATO, the Ministry of Defence (MOD), McLaren F1, British Airways, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Burberry, ensuring clear communication and reliable delivery across high-stakes environments.
He brings strong knowledge of project management methodologies and hands-on experience with SAP, Jira, Confluence, and Allegro from both an end-user and implementation perspective.
Furthermore, he specialises in managing key customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, he thrives in collaborative, fast-paced, and highly demanding environments.
Outside of work, Mike runs his own recording studio, producing music, native English voiceovers, and video content for clients including Nissan, KIA, Estonian e-Residency, SuperOffice, Glens, Score Music, and more.

I’ve built my career at the intersection of product, technology, and delivery, working with teams in Tallinn and the UK on digital platforms used by international companies and public-sector organizations.
Over time, my focus has naturally shifted toward product leadership. I own product vision and roadmaps, align stakeholders, and work closely with designers and engineers to turn ideas into scalable, user-focused products. This includes global websites, self-service platforms, and multi-market digital products across the EMEA region.
I’ve had the chance to lead large and complex digital ecosystems, including managing hundreds of localized websites for well-known brands in automotive, security, energy, and media. I enjoy building products that are practical, well-designed, and genuinely useful, balancing business goals with strong technology and thoughtful user experience.
